I sent another one today and have tried to call several times but no luck. If I do not receive email by tomorrow, I will begin to worry and understand the complaints of some others on this board. Hell, even if it's an email saying my order is delayed, something though. I've never had to wait this long for response before.

Yeah, I know. I haven't tried calling yet, and I've only sent two emails. I've never waited this long for a response before either! I guess he's either busy trying to get the scoots or getting new sales.

Yeah, I suppose Im not as anxious because my scoot isnt supposed to ship for another week, but I'm interested to see how this turns out for you guys. Hopefully he hasnt forgotten his lesson about the importance of honest communication with customers.
That said, I wouldn't be surprised if you guys start getting replies over the weekend, since I imagine he is getting slammed with calls all during business hours.

I have not recieved mine yet... I only know many others posted that they got theirs usually within 3 weeks, one even faster.. One person did mention they didn't get the tracking number until 5 days after it shipped... I also have not gotten a reply yet, I did try to call today, but realized it was after 3pmPT, so I didn't get an answer... I don't think they really follow that schedule much anyway... I have had once before an eamil not get responded to for 4 days... That was the exception, not the rule with mrscooters so far.. So, I am anxious to get my scoot, and understanding of the toll the demand is taking on dropshippers. I feel sorry for anyone trying to do this with Roketa, They are so disorganized and undependable.. They only way to be a Roketa dealer with out that much hassle, is to be a B&M and have enough cash flow to order enough stock in the winter to get you through to mid summer... Problem is, demand changes drastically each year, and noone expected this kind of rush on scooters...

I won't be taking my safety class until august 23,24, so I really won't be riding until then. I really just like to be kept informed as to the progress.

Well, I guess I'll officialy join the limbo boat. I too ordered from MrScooters (order# 328. MC-54-250B)and am waiting for any type or response. Responce was great before they got my paymet. My payment (MO) arrived there on Teusday 21st. I emailed them with the tracking and the delivery date for the fed-ex, and they replied with a "got it, thank you", but did not bother to pick up payment until thursday 24th. No responce to my questions on shipping status. I did speak to a lady on the phone prior to sending my payment. Wish she mentioned something about a delay. I asked if they were in stock, and what the processing timeline was. Was told 3 days to process and then ship.
Am I worried? hell yes! If I was drowning in orders, I would at least hire someone to handle phone\email. Not like they cant afford it. Give a friend or family member 50 bucks to sent a copy paste generic delay notice to all e-mails or something.
I think we all agree that delays are ok. Wish MrScooters employees would figure that out.
Anyway, I guest I'll go over my inventory of scooter stuff I bought, and count quarts of oil, ect. maybe polish my helmet again, and hope I don't get sick on this Boat.
Wait. . . . Is that. .. . is that land I see on the Horizon?. . (sic)

Well I thoguht since it's the weekend I would have received email. It's now been 72 hours with no reply at all. Never have I waited this long before. I'm seeing it's not only me, but most who have already paid for scoot have not received any reply regarding anything. I'm officially getting worried now.

It'll be here Tuesday, it just shipped yesterday (Friday). I'd expect most of you to get tracking info this weekend.
BTW, he does know about this site. I thanked him and told him I'd post the good news on the forum I belong to, he let out like a sighish laugh and said "thank you, thank you, I appreciate it." Our collective voices do make a difference here.

Mike called me last night to tell me the order would ship, along with my spare parts I ordered.
I wanted to wait for the 68B-150, and he said it is on the way. This morning I got an email saying they charged my card for the original order, and another saying the original order had been shipped.
This was obviously an auto-generated email from their shopping cart system, but I called just to make sure I wasn't going to get the 54-150 from my original order.
First ring, a nice girl answered the phone, said Mike was not there but would be back in about 5min. I left a message, and literally within 4 minutes she had called back to confirm the correct unit was shipped.
They are getting MUCH better at communication, but I can guarantee this is a side job for them, they probably thought they would sell a few here and there and just run this business on the side at night from home. They didn't count on the explosion of orders or the fact that everyone in the country was all ordering at the same time, so Roketa who tells all the drop shippers they have product in stock or arriving every single day - would actually run out.
It looks like the supply issue is about solved over at Roketa, from the time I gave Mike the OK to change my order to the 68B and told him I'd wait for it to show up, it has been a week until now he has said it shipped. That is not too bad to me.
Everyone ordering from MrScooters - just give it a week or so, that seems to be the recurring theme from those who have either received their scooter, or received a tracking number. Total of two weeks roughly to your door.
Oh, I called at 9am their time on Saturday if that helps anyone.

Hello all, ok I am a newbie... be kind.. lol.. well add me to the list of smart shoppers, or fools.. I too sent money orders to mrscooters for a MC-19-150 (just got comfirm. the mail is del).. tried to use the credit card like all the rest of you, but theres a problem there as we all know.. I have had fair luck talking to them by both phone and email, so hoping that they are legit.. I have had some "experince" in my profession with scammers, and these people seem to be ok (passed my simple test).. I will add a new post when I get more info from them... but, back to scooters, I am a old time motorcycle rider (about 40 years) but never a scooter. A friend of mine got me hooked a month or two ago, so now learning all I can.. yep, been reading all the posts on PDI and so on, so hoping I am ahead of the curve when the bike gets here.. have a great day all.. bbs with good news I hope..

Welcome Dave, Aside from the lack of communication after the money was acquired,(probably due to trying to sort out the customs problems),I think it's all good. I don't know how they'll handle any shipping damage problems. Remains to be seen(i hope it's not an issue!). It seems you've picked up on some of the great info that can be had from reading up on this unique forum. Keep it up and good luck and happy scootin'!

Welcome Dave.. BTW I also got a response back from them tellin me they went ahead and shipped the MC-54-250B.. Which is the one I really wanted.. MAinly because of the larger trunk, and the blue color is a bit richer.. ad if it comes with the Linhai clone that will also be a plus.. I am very excited to get it. So far MrScooters has actually exceeded my expectations with dealing with an online scooter dealer. They communication isn't nonexistent, just sometimes a bit delayed.. So as long as you are patient, and understand they aren't staffed 24 hours a day, you'll be fine...I am going to be posting some pics and such when I get mine, which should be August 1st according to the USF tracking info.. USF isn't too bad of a trucking company... SO, I am hoping it comes with no issues...

When I see it's getting close I'll call USF to arrange the details of the delivery. A large truck is not going to get in my driveway! And I don't remember ever seeing anything small at that terminal, but I wasn't really looking.

Mrscooter left me a message saying its ready to ship they have questions though. When i finally got through to them two days ago i asked about questions and she had none just the cc machine was down. I have no clue what the questions are now. Maybe the guy and gal dont talk to each other much. I tried to call back but i know they wouldnt answer.

well the message was left for me at 630 pm cnt and i wasnt home. I didnt try to call them earlier because the woman said they were waiting for their cc machine to get fix. Thats what i wonder why he called and left the same identical message saying he has questions, after i talked to the woman 2 days ago. So i guess ill go on vacation and hope their cc machine works and they process and ship the scooter. Getting tired of the cant ever speak to them and they only call me when im not around. Its not like i can quit my job just to wait at the phone.

Getting tired of the cant ever speak to them and they only call me when im not around. Its not like i can quit my job just to wait at the phone. They make these really neat new phones now that come without cords. They don't even have to be plugged into a wall socket! I think they are called 'cellulite phones' or something... May be a solution to your problem. haha... I jest. But at least they are trying to call you.

WooHoo! I got my tracking for my 54-250b as well!
Same story here. Mine shipped friday and is scheduled for delivery on monday the 4th. Not sure of color but I don't much care about that. It will be a surprise. lol
So it looks like the order turn around time was less than 10 days. Not too bad. I was one of the ones who ordered via money order option.
Looking forward to seeing that USF truck in a week.
I will update once my scoot arrives...

July 31st delivery for me! It's on it's way to Memphis now, then on to Atlanta. From Atlanta it will be delivered here.
I kind of hope it is delayed until August 1st... I'm off Fridays, it would make it easier.
*rolling the dice* Come on baby, come on... yellow 68B, yellow 68B!

Well, based on everyone's delivery date and my close proximity to CA, I should also get my paperwork first. I will let everyone know when I get it and you can probably calculate when yours will come. I am to receive scoot this Tuesday, 7/29.

It took 15 days from shipping, to get my MCO. They kept telling me that it was sent 2-3 days after shipping. I received my scooter 8 days after they got the cashier's check. The MCO arrived a week later. It was perfect. No problems at the BMV. Paid the tax, went next door and got the tags. I would be riding by now except, I lost the keys and I still don't have a helmet. I can't even cheat and go up and down the driveway. Life is tough!
