P.S. I forgot to mention that before I turned in Alite to the OK ATG I called ANS and asked for Brian and the girl swore they never heard of him so get the number off of the BBB report on Alite and call and see if they have heard of this mystery man LOL JR

Hi jrryan!!!
Yeah this group is a bunch of jokers from the word "Go!" If I ever make it to that part of the country I may have to stop in and give them a piece of my mind... sad thing is that the OK AG never got back to me...

Yea I've seen that one also it's really sad that these people do business this way, not much entregrity anymore. I can't say about Kansas never had any dealing with them but Oklahoma frowns pretty much on business' screwing the little guys. JR

Oh you know it - and in these tough economic times, you'd think that someone wouldn't want the gov't going up in one's backside with a microscope and a baseball bat. As consumers, we must keep the pressure on these guys - 150 years ago, jokers like these would have been run out of town after a good beat down and a tar and feathering... perhaps it is time to bring the old days back to get unscrupulous individuals and businesses such as ANS to see the light... LOL - hey gang - just an FYI - I don't think it is the dimmer switch - I think it is the wiring that the lights are connected to - it appears that the new dimmer switch is function the same as the old one...

Well - just checking in with everyone - I hope everyone is doing well!!! Here is the update: Spent the day putting the scoot back together, but noticed that when the wiring was making a deep connection, both high beam lights are now on (no low beam). As long as both high beam are functioning, we are riding!!! LOL!!! This as been a long little experiment, however, it has been worth it because I ended up with a Yamaha V-Star Classic (1100cc) out of the deal... but I still want to use the scoot for getting back and forth to work. Heck a 2008 with less than 1000 miles and in good running condition - I think that is worth a ride to work... I wen and put some gas in her and told the cashier that I'd try to to leave some change for the business next time Well dawgs - thanks for all your help over the last year - this has been exciting, and I look forward to what the next year will bring!
Signing Off, UrsaPolaris
