Rusty, I might recommend you wait until you get the scooter. LED bulbs come in several designs and you need to eyeball the reflector to know which might work best with your scoot. I just went through this with the tail/stop light bulbs for my Linhai 300. Even though I had the scoot in my possession, turns out a different design bulb might catch more of the reflector with the side facing LEDs. I bought a good quality 32 LED bulb and it is not as bright as the filament-style bulb! In addition, some styles of LED bulbs won't fit through the hole in the rear of the module and some won't even fit in the space available inside the reflector.

You can obtain a wiring diagram at Roketa.com, all you have to do is select your model and there is a place to click for wd then print it.

Rusty, when you get to Roketa.com click on mopeds then scroll down to the very bottom of the page. The MC62 is there then click the oval shaped thing that says parts and info. you should be able to print the diagram from there:)

Since some of the regular 250's come with a circuit diagram anyway. I'd wait and see what you get. Yes you are correct, as they isn't anything on their website for parts lists or a circuit diagram. Before you order LED lights, you need to determine what will fit or not fit first. So I would wait and get the scooter first to see what you got.
Anyway the MC62 looks like a MC54-250B, except they changed the front and rear body panels to give it a different look more in line with the current Japanese Scooter they cloned it after. I didn't go take a look to see which scooter they cloned yhet. So a MC54-250B circuit diagram is is very likely the same thing. The MC62 still uses the same Linhai engine that is in the MC54-250B. They tend to keep everything fairly generic, so it'll be very similar to the other 250cc range of scooters with the Linhai engine.

Problem with that diagram is it's for the Bali150 and he asked for the 250B diagram a whole different animal and the man that drew that also drew a diagram for the 250B.

I have a Bali 250 and it matches all my wire coloring and locations. I have ZERO knowledge of this bike as it is my first scooter I have ever worked on and it still isn't running. If I am reading you correctly, someone has taken a 150 wiring harness and put it on my bike.

Look at that diagram and see if you see wiring for the temp gauge, cooling fan, radiator thermoswitch, temp sensor. Plus the Bali 250 has a 3 phase stator and a 6 pin regulator. Now how much do you think it matches? As I said the diagram is for the Bali 150 with the GY-6 engine, the 250 has the 244cc vertical CfMoto clone engine and is water cooled. Saved me a million headaches I have ZERO knowledge of this bike as it is my first scooter I have ever worked on and it still isn't runningThese two statements just don't seem to go together?

Yep I was just going to mention that the diagram does not show the extra items the 250s have. And they all have a TEMP gauge for the cooling because that is critical. Wile

I guess I should have said "matched as far as I got", but I would bet my life savings you are right... Never really got to the engine cooling side of the situation (temp gauge, fan, radiator, etc.) because like I said, it doesn't get too hot not sparking and all... ;D I am very mechanically handy, a "million" is a SLIGHT exaggeration and I meant I knew nothing as I bought it from someone who could have used a wiring harness from a 94 dodge neon for all I know. It is definitely a 250. It is the vertical helix clone, 172mm stamped on the engine. Sorry for the wrong diagram, but honestly, it is very helpful versus nothing at all.

Wile Got one: scootdawg.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=200cc&action=display&thread=53086Good news is that my CDI's are out for delivery today (I say CDI's because I bought several because the bike came with 2, both which were clearly bad upon some frankenstein surgery pic in my thread), and I am crossing my fingers she fires right up. A sneaking feeling tells me she will purr like a kitten.

because the bike came with 2,Please explain why the scooter would come with two? Because there was a spare in the trunk. Both bad, cut open to expose an explosion of I would guess the capacitor. I'm going to fine tooth comb the wiring again since I wasnt using the correct diagram. Mad love to you all, so glad I found this forum.
