OK, here goes. I ordered my Sunl SC-14 on the 4th of Feb. I finally received it on the 6th of March. Slow shipping and tried to deliver to the wrong state. So, I called numerous times to get the paperwork telling them that "Hello, the clock is running on the warranty and I can't even ride it!" Mr Nathan Barling emailed me with apologies and that he would get it going pronto. So, today the paperwork comes in with 6 days of major warranty left out of the original 30 days. So, I emailed Nathan Barling again stating that I didn't think that this was fair. He agreed and started my warranty from today. THAT is what I call fair, honest, decent and downright honorable in my book. I thanked him and I will hold him at his word. I would definately recommend these folks to anyone. Treat them with respect and they will do the same for you.

Those guys are horrible with responding to my emails. But the phone number seems to work just fine...

I ordered my VOG 260 from them 8 days ago and it still hasn't been picked up by the freight carrier to deliver it to me. Also, I was told upon purchase that they were sold out of the Roketa MC-54's and that they'd sell me a VOG 260 for the same price. I agreed and purchased it, but the receipt reads Roketa mc-54. I called to see what the hell was going on and they tell me that on their end in the 'notes' it reads substitute VOG 260 for MC-54, I really don't trust them. I asked them to send me a receipt that reads 260 VOg but they haven't yet > In time if everything turns out fine, then i'll delete this

They messed up my order. But they have said they will give me some money back and a free helmet so we will see what happens. May get it tomorrow.
