Please anyone help fitted 80cc cylinder and head (original valves) up jetted to 90.Starts fine runs well till gets warm then misfires a little and will not develop power (was better as 50cc no alteration to air intake ,exhaust drilled with 2 x 5/16 holes think CDI restriction cut (green wire) DESPERATE

Raise the needle if you can or get a new carb as they are only 35 and up

Its running to RICH, the 90 is to big. You can try LOWERING the needle to take some of the gas away. Wile

Don't you need a bigger carb for a BBK to run right? Nope, thats the mistake every young pup does is buy a bigger carb and FLOOD THE sh!t out of it. You can 99.9 percent of the time just upjet the carb you have and it will be more than enough. Same mistakes they make with jetting they put in Pilot jets and main jets that a 150cc 24mm carb has on their little 50cc built up to a 72cc or what not and they are really looseing power. Wile
