Yesterday for the second time I took off the nose of the magnum. I did a no no. I broke the plastic nipple almost off. I used some JB Weld to fix it. I'll let you know if it held after I put the trike back together. Yes it is apart again. The whole right side including the headlight is off. I think it started with trying to run a line for the tach. Jim's post on nose removal. scootdawg.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=threewheelers&action=display&thread=34402I blame him since he didn't write be very very very gentle. "carefully move the screwdriver" in my book isn't the same as "be very very very gentle" ;D

Ger....You ever get to ride that thing??? Did you get it aligned? What did you find loose in the front end, or was it the tire?

I did get the rear end done. Have not found anything loose in the front end. When I button it back up (Sat) I think I'll just replace the front tire. I doubt I'll ever ride it for as many hours as I've worked on it but I am having fun. Next I'm looking at a rear rack in place of the trunk that come with it. A rack would give me more versatility. Just need to find a shop that will do some fabricating.

I should have been more clear that's what I'm planning to do. i'll just need the supports fabricated. I guess all I have to do is find someone who can weld.

shouldn't be to hard to find someone that welds there are a tone of motorcyles and scoots in Florida. The motorcyle shops know how to weld and fabricate really good. Lefty

I got a rack that has sides and rear rail so to help holds luggage, Lee has a little larger rack that is with no rails and is a little larger than mine. Sure comes in h.andy I can tell you that, I use mine almost daily. Most ATV Shops will have a selection and you just hold it over the rear deck and see which one you like. I think I paid $40 for mine and $8l0 for the brackets and durn.

GER: Wife and I are going on a little R&R but I'll be back in about a week. If you get "screw you" quotes on the rack let me know and I'll put one together for you. I'll have to hunt up a used rack. Might take some time though ok? vr, Lee
