Removal of Nose Piece To gain access to the radiator and fill bottle the nose piece must be removed. Remove the plastic screws holding the windshield in place. Place the windshield out of the way on a clean soft towel so that it does not become scratched or broken. To remove the āVā shaped nose piece, remove the two screws underneath where the seams are. Move the front wheel to either the extreme left or right. Looking up from underneath (above the front fender. Locate the plastic nipple molded to the nose piece and pushed through a rubber grommet. Using a large flat bladed screwdriver, place it between the plastic nipple and the rubber grommet and carefully move the screwdriver back and forth to move the nipple out of the grommet. (edit 11/18/2011) Be very very very very gentle as not to break the plastic. Once this is freed, the āVā nose piece can be removed by sliding it down to release the upper plastic clips and lifted off the front end. Removal of the Windshield Support Covering After removing the nose piece, remove the 6 screws holding the windshield support covering and lift covering off. The coolant fill bottle is right behind the right headlight assembly. The radiator cap is in between the headlights. Jim/Owner Rapid Repair

thanks Jim the pictures on changing the coolant were fantastic and a great help. If you can write a manual on this model, it will be worth it's weight in gold. As I'm sure you're aware the booklet that comes with Magnum is totally useless. Thanks again for your help

Jim, Call them up and tell them to send you a Trike and that you will tear it apart and produce a Manual and that you will send them a copy of the Manual as well so they can make copies and send them to their customers OR at least to their dealers.
But After you do a Manual I would charge for the Manual. My .02 Lefty,Alleyoop,Alley,Al ... Just don't call me Sue

HAHAHA!! Ok Plan B, when someone orders one tell them you want to make a manual for the Trike and that you will send them one with the Trike but it will take a little longer. Lefty

Jim;
My 2012 Magnum 300 R has the coolant recovery as in photo, however the radiator fill is not there as in photo. Could you help? Photo and or instructions would be very helpful.
