Buy a electronic multimeter if you don't have one, pull some plastic off and start probing!

..but first, before you buy the multimeter,, use your sense of smell and sight. a short circuited wires or bulb is color black and charred.(sight),,and a short circuited wire smells like burnt plastic.(sense of smell)...you can't go wrong when you use your senses...and it won't cost you...

Is the relay switching on and off when you turn the blinker on?

If they all stopped at the same time, it sounds like a relay problem to me...

Hi All! I have a geely scooter and have the same problem- all lighs work, but no turn signals. They quit working, started again once, and then quit again.. now, nothing. I am pretty handy, but don't know what a relay problem would entail, or how to fix it. Any advice?

I had a problem with my blinkers/indicators suddenly stopping, bulbs were all fine, changed the relay and still nothing, not to be beaten, I took the plastic plate off (the one where the speedo is mounted and worked my way from the switch, it was there that I noticed a wire looking badly connected, when I moved it, it came completely away, so I held it tight against the solder/weld and the indicators worked, so I soldered it back on and it has been fine. When I tried the relay, the guy in the store said they very rarely go, so like the other guys say, look and see, it may be a bad wire or something simple.

I think this is the perfect time to put in an electronic flasher and LEDs.

Flasher relays go bad frequently. They are mechanical as well as electrical parts. Granted, bulbs usually go first as they are more fragile, but relays to go bad.
