Since my last post I've been ordering 2x per week or so from Scrappy. Always receive in 2 business days and generally have free shipping unless it's only a $20 part. Very happy with them. Of course you get what you pay for. Don't expect top of the line parts, but they're more than adequate.

I have 5 good transactions from scrappy, I'll be back for more. Only once did the shipping take longer than usual, but granted it was 3 separate orders placed late Thursday night. One from the website, one from Ebay, then another from the website (forgot something)... It didn't actually go out until that Monday, but I forget the weekend starts on Friday on the west coast I also learned that the first shipping notification you get - "shipping info received" gets sent when they print out your shipping label (true for most other online stores too) so from that point it still needs to be packaged and sent to the post office.

I think I am on my 4th or 5th order from Scrappy. Some from ebay, some from the site. All have gone perfectly, with my parts received quickly and intact. His prices are hard to beat and he ships fast!

Just write them a friendly email reminding them of all the orders you have placed in the past and that you would like a replacement wrist pin. They should be able to send that part out to you. I have ALWAYS had problems phoning them as the line always seems busy (only one person answering the phone) but they have been responsive with email. Perhaps it's because I'm a dealer, perhaps not.
