Also they give several discounts to Military, Law Enforcement, Students just FYI...i dont know how much of a discount but thats another thing i noticed after i ordered. I emailed them to see if they can give me my discount anyway I believe it's $20 off. That's what my quote was.

I purchased a Roketa-70-150. When I received it, it was in good condition and fully assembled. However, it was 3 years old, a 2008 model. That was never mentioned in the ad. I asked about it, and was told that I should have asked. I like the scooter, but their business practices, to me, leave a lot to be desired. I now am in my third week of waiting for a part. I just called about the battery which has failed already, and was informed that the warranty on the battery is 5 days. I love the scooter, the dealership, not so much! It is BUYER BEWARE for sure.

Friendly service, hard to get ahold of, and obviously something is amiss...
Is what I have to say about the service...
They blatantly sent me a Jonway YY250T.. How I know this is because it says it right on the side. I ordered a Roketa 54B.. Yes, I know it is manufactured by Jonway, but why not put that instead of Roketa. The really funny thing is that the scooter was posted as YY250T on the box. I have seen the boxes that the 54B comes in and know that it says it on the box. I had time to think about it and research and realized there is know "2011" version of 54B, they are all 2008 models. I didn't argue the fact with them, after having read reviews. I was just happy that my scoot came in one piece...
Also, they apparently do not know their color schemes, or the warehouse people are less than desirable. I put Black as Prime, Red as Secondary... I get silver. They are gonna send me a check for 75$ for the screw up and upgraded my helmet.. that I ordered at the same time as the scoot and never received. So we'll see what happens.
I would rate the service as "Eh..." so far.

According to Roketa, a new (2011) 54B 250 is no longer available due to a DOT/EPA problem. It has been replaced by the 54 250 (YY250T).
