Just ordered a Roketa 54 250 cc B Scooter from them. The free PDI sold me even though I know I still need to do a lot checking, but all which is left to assemble is the mirrors, windshield, and trunk. Even with shipping I am saving a lot of money. There is no such thing as free shipping as it is worked into the price. I should know I offer free shipping.

Nice going speedracer12, Be sure to put up pictures of your new ride, you know we all like pictures of scoots:) And your right about the FREE SHIPPING its is already in the price, but that sure helps make a sale:) I hate when they list the price and then tack on the shipping, most shipping costs run around $125.00 or so. I ordered a mc-13 off of them and it should be at my house on aug 6. I am a little leery yet because of the long shipping from California and they are using fed ex. I drive truck myself and I see more fed ex trucks in the ditch than any other trucks combined. I will keep my fingers crossed, and tools ready to fix.

Fire, Well, you have to be more specific.. I drive for Fedex Express, and we are the original Fedex.. The ones that are always wrecking up here are the FedEx Ground trucks.. I live in the windest spot on the west coast, and those dummies are pulling triples (when they are still upright).. The ground side uses all contractors, and not company drivers like we are, I really do think that makes a difference.. But, now the good news.. Fedex Frght will be who's hauling your scooter.. Depending on what part of the US your in, that could be the old Viking Frght, Caliber Systems, or any of several other companys Fedex bought.. I do like the frght side, but ground gives all of Fedex a bad name... Anyway, now I am off my soapbox, so I really hope you enjoy your new scoot.. My main ride is almost the same bike as yours, and its been a blast to own.. Good luck, and happy scooting.. Dave

Hey Dave r no disrespect intended. I live in Pa, and I see them always taking a break along the I- 80 corridor, and to be fair there are a lot of good drivers at FedEx. I was behind one going across I-70 past Denver and they did as good as any body on the road. FedEx is just an easy Target because there are more of them out there.
Just 6 more days and my scoot should arrive hehe. My dad is already talking about getting one so he can ride with me. He used to ride a 1200cc kaw Voyager but it got to big for the poor older guy. Note I did not say old guy, lol. Well time to go back to work so take care everyone and I'll keep the posts updated.
Oh I just checked it is shipped Fedex National.

My buddy recently ordered RK-150 from this company and had really good luck shipped right to his address and took only a week. Attached the mirrors and started right up

i made a visit out to superior recently (live locally) and can't say i was impressed (hard to be with what is basically a shipping storefront) but it looked well run and managed, nonetheless. people on phones busy taking orders, an organized and efficient looking office, actual scoots set up outside and in, and a good number of accessories and parts boxes around.
guy came out and gave me a couple of quotes and said i could get a Znen F4 (Lance Interceptor) for $1000 OTD all set up, PDI'd (as far as that goes with any internet shipper), and ready to ride home. "front AND rear disc brakes" he exclaimed. lol
pretty good deal for that scooter, i guess. and to their credit they were busy out back putting together scoots and riding them around the huge lot "testing" them. could be worse, i suppose

front AND rear disc brakes" he exclaimed. lol From what I noticed that kinda is a big deal with Chinascoots. Most of the really inexpensive Chinese scooters come with rear drums. I'm actually looking for a replacement rear wheel for my disc brake equipped scooter and am finding it hard to see one that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

seems like the motorino the znen the bms and qlink 150cc bikes are identical and after looking at all the photos they are one and the same and am talking about the retro-vespa-euro look....after looking around and doing a little home work the only thing to do is shop for the best deal and cross your fingers on the dealers and some do seem to be better than others..like do they have an on-line chat box but as we all know getting ignored is nothing new...

I took a day and went to the Los Angeles area to check out a couple scooter dealers. Superior was one I went to.
They had three scooters sitting out front. I walked in to see what the inside looked like and saw a few ATVs, and about six scooters. All the scooters inside had signs saying "Not For Sale in California". The place had room dividers up walling the employees off from the walk in area. Everybody was sitting at their desk working on computers and talking on the phone. It was not your usual scooter/motorcycle dealer. I looked at a couple of the scooters, one or two were electric ones. All the scooters were nice looking but nothing super special.
Finally one of the gals came up to me and asked if she could help, gave me her card, took my phone number and said good by.
I felt like I needed to go have a shower, the place seemed seedy to me. I am glad to here that everybody here had a good experience with them. If you go to the web page and click on the BBB link you can read customer reviews, a lot are negative. I would recommend if you like the dealership, go post a positive comment for them.
I hope they are a good dealer because I do like having a place that I can actually drive to, should I want to order one of their scooters.

This seems like one of the best to buy from, prices seem the best as well. Agreed. Their B rating at the BBB is outstanding considering most of the other online dealers have an F. This is probably because of their free PDI. Other dealers are not sure what they are sending you as they do not do PDI. Googled them and other dealers. They have the best ratings on nearly every review site. The only negatives I seen looked like they were due to consumer ignorance. Going to make an online purchase soon and they definitely will receive my business. Some of the deals on Ebay look good too, but would rather purchase from superiorsports as support will probably be better. Will post again after I purchase from them.

Da Goon, What are you looking to buy??? I am looking at the 54b or the Mc-79. Most likely the ZNEN 150CC F4. Like the BMS EVO V9 too but it cost more and they don't have the color I want. On this site there are a couple threads about problems with the BMS EVO V9. Haven't heard many issues at all about the ZNEN F4. The BMS does look slick but that is not worth 180 more dollars to me. Especially since they only have blue or red.

Family motorsports offer a better warranty than superior does. Just seen them and you are correct. Their BBB rating is higher too (probably because they don't sell the dirt cheap models). They are slightly more pricey though. I know you get what you pay for, but the ZNEN F4 is a good scooter. At least everyone I have heard of says so. Looks like Family Motorsports only deals in BMS scooters. Edit: Actually their BBB rating is worse. That is odd as they offer similar services and sell more expensive bikes. Going to do more research on them.

That F4 is cool looking, I have to have atleast a 250cc due to my 250lbs and desire for occassional highway jaunts.

Yes I have had personal experience with Killer. I purchased a scooter from them which they advertised in stock and it wasnt!!!! Search my previous post if you are interested in specifics as I am too lazy to elaborate on my experience.
STAY AWAY FROM KILLERMOTORSPORTS!!!!

Wow, it is such a crapshoot of what you are going to get. It scares me, I may just have to pay double and by a Kymco xciting or Sym rv250.

I ordered my VC 150cc 06B from here on Saturday, April 24th. I talked with Dave and he said it should ship out by Monday May 3rd. I do understand that the PDI service does eat up some time, and I really hope they do a decent job, although I will do my own very throughly before I take the initial ride. He estimated it would arrive in Maryland (Where I live) in roughly 5 days, depending on the shipper. This puts it at arriving either on Friday, May, 7th or Monday, May 10th. So about 14-17 days from the initial ordering date. This does seem like a bit of a wait, but I did order on a Saturday, the free PDI takes more time, and California to Maryland is a LONG drive, so I guess I understand the long wait time. I just wish there was a local dealer with such prices!! Alas, the cost savings are worth the wait. I'll be sure to return to report my delivery experience, my PDI, and my review on the scoot/store. So far, they have a great customer support department that has emailed me every step of the way and were very friendly on the phone. Thanks Dave! How was your experience with Superior?

I got my Roketa 250-Type62 from Superior. Oct. 2010. Good price, even with shipping. The PDI seemed to be not much more then changing the oil, a/f and break fluid. I am finishing up doing a PDI myself, including adjusting the valves, new hoses and filters. Like any first time job it took me a lot longer then I expected. But now I know what I looking at.

Ordered my BMS Pathfinder 200 from Superior. Excellent experience. <$1400 for scoot, PDI and delivery. PI seemed good to me. They attached the front wheel, changed the oil and everything seemed tight, no kinked hoses or anything. Threw in some gas and drove off. It did take 2 weeks to get my bike though. The original shipper returned it to Superior saying it was "improperly packaged" which worried me at first. But they sent it out same day on another carrier and it arrived 2 weeks to the day after my original order. There was no damage whatsoever to the bike, except a busted hinge on the rear luggage rack, which I never intended to use anyway (the one with the pathfinder is weird. Large and looks like a Mercedes trunk). I did send them pics of the damage though and they are supposed to get back with me on Monday. Not sure what they will do but I would prefer a free helmet over the replacement trunk Anyway, I spent a lot of time with their online chat support throughout the process, just checking on the order, etc. They were always nice and helpful. I would fully recommend them. Attachments:

I originally ordered due to their price matching offer, i found the scooter i purchased from superior at a different website for 799.95 including shipping. I ended up paying superior 829.90 - including the PDI and the shipping. I ordered the scoot last week from them 03/31. Still haven't received shipping information, according to them it took a few days for my Paypal to process. The sales lady told me that it would be delivered around today, I knew better and am only slightly dissapointed. Would love to have it here by the weekend tho to get some miles on it.

This is where I bought my scoot from. The shipping was fast and I got the paperwork for the title a couple days after the scoot. Made me feel better about the whole situation too. I haven't tried other places but for the price the quality of the overall company is good in terms of you don't have to worry about not having paperwork to register ect. No horror story here.
