Kinda surprise Scooter Dynasty was mention several times, but no body had post a thread here. So let me start one here.
I order a Red Lance Duke Touring 250 from Vince @ Scooter Dynasty (B&M), and everything went fine. Waited almost 2 weeks for Lance to get it off the container. When my 250 finally arrive and PDIed, Vince drive my scooter to my house (5 miles away) because I wasn't too confi on myself on the scooter yet.
The day after delivery, I notice the little light bulb for the license plate fell out of the light socket, and I took it back to them to fix it. It was taken care in 15 minutes infront of me. They even show me how to adjust the idle for the engine (part of the BIG PDI, but not part of the dealer perform's PDI)
Now 2 weeks, 210 miles later, everything is working the way it should, and already getting 53mpg. Hoping mpg will go up more after engine broken-in.
Read my sig below.

Forget to mention, if you get it from the B&M store, he charge you his selling price + sales tax + $99 PDI/freight + $75 DMV. The $99 PDI/freight is worth the hassle of 1-2 hrs of work on preping the scooter. Also ask for a free helmet of your choice.

Yes, it is. Only 2 person, Vince and Rusty in the store most of the time. This is how Vince keep the overhead LOW --> $99 Prep/Freight vs $3?? Prep + $6?? Freight charge by Bert's Mega Mall.
