mortar235, They look like good jackets. Wish I could give you a review on them. i ordered the textile one you posted and the mesh one in silver along with some other stuff. Two days after I got email saying it was shipped. Never received. Did not return phone calls or emails. Had to go thru paypal to finally get refund. I'm not telling you not to order thru them,I just want you to get it and be safe. I'm sure there are some people here who have ordered thru them and went flawless. Just be aware of their business practices.I sent several hundred dollars of my hard earned money and they lied to me then I had to jump thru hoops to get my money back.

Mortar,
eBay and PayPal are a joke when it comes to protection, using a real credit card, especially AMEX is the best defense.

mafunsalow, that's a bummer. I just ordered a helmet from that place. It shipped the next day. So far I've got a tracking number and UPS has acknowledged that it's transferred in two different cities already, so I'm fairly certain it'll be here soon.

Hey Rich actually PayPal was excellent. I put in a dispute thru them, gave it a week and MotoDirect didn't respond to that. Then I upped to a claim,PayPal investigated and I was issued refund two days later. Granted didn't actually see the money in my bank for another 3 days but it worked well. mafunsalow, that's a bummer. I'm used to it. It's called Tom's Law. Tom's Law- Murphy was an optimist! jb- glad to hear it!If you got a tracking number you're set!Hope it's the only helmet you'll ever need. Stay safe! Like I said I'm sure others have ordered thru them and it was smoothless and I'm not telling anyone not to order thru them.I just want others to be prepared in case this happens to them.

Well that's good to hear, the seller probably still had the money in their account. I got screwed by PayPal twice, once was a car that was never delivered, got all of $8.50 that was still in the account, and the other was a plasma TV that arrived smashed. I refused the delivery and by the time the proper amount of time went by, the seller was no longer a registered user.
I'm glad you got lucky. I do ALL of my high $$ purchases now by AMEX or Visa, and I have never had a problem since. I also bought a 150 SunL from eBay for $399 including shipping (no reserve and no bids) and the seller refused to sell it, I avoided the PayPal claim and canceled the charge with Visa over the phone in 5 minutes rather than jumping through all the PayPal hoops and waiting periods.
You're one of the lucky ones!
