Had to go searching for this to help troubleshoot and thought I would post it here to save other newbies time since I've already done the work. I redid the whole thing. Easier to follow colored paths instead of the black and white plus you can zoom in without all the distortion. i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm161/jfergus_photos/WiringDiagram2.jpg

really awesome work!
Is it possible to upload a higher resolution? Its pretty hard to see what is what at the low resolution that is linked.

I have been working on the same thing for my Roketa Bermuda 150. Slow but sure. Also been verifying it with my scoot. Found a few differences and am trying to rectifying that on the drawing or with my scoot(which ever is easier).

Sorry, not sure how to make the resolution any better while linked to photobucket. Any suggestions and I'll be happy to incorporate it for everyone's benefit.
I was going to alter it for my Sunl also but that would entail opening things up to follow specific wires. The ballpark diagram worked pretty well though and laid out most of the bike. Last time I did it for the Yamaha RD250 I had to recreate to hole thing to build a brand new harness. It took months to complete. Figure it is just more time and cost effective to get a general idea and replace the most likely parts.

PM "Big Guy" Rich and see if he has room on his server to put it up there as a high res image for you.
