How much is a fair price to offer?

Hello. Me again. A friend told me about the Ninja and after I saw it, I knew I had to have it. I'm looking at this one, used.

They are asking for 4K
250 CC

I'm not sure that's such a good price though. On the website the 08 ones are 3,500. It's not paint but "ALTHOUGH THE PINK IS ONLY AN OVERLAY AND CAN BE REMOVED TO GO BACK TO IT'S ORIGANIAL LOOK. "

What would be a good fair price to offer? I'm going to call them up later today.

I'm so excited.

I'd have preferred 500cc's but.

4K is too much, even with the "custom" paint. I have seen new 07's for 3k out the door, tax, title, etc. included, so 4k seems to be too much.

The 250cc should be fine, it has a 0-60 of about 4 sec and tops out at 90+ so the performance is all that anyone would ever need. Nice looking bike!
