I once went to a Marilyn Manson concert. The first and last and only time I went to his show. I think he was wearing this stuff.

Most of the body armor is designed for sport bike riders. It is shaped to handle the crouch. I notice they say it is popular among Harley riders so maybe it is OK for the sit up rider as well.

I just happen to be perusing the safety forum and saw the question on Bohn Body Armor. this is a product i am very familiar with. i have been riding for 40 years, currently have 8 bikes in the garage, actually 6 are mine 2 are my girlfriends, point is, i ride every day. i do not ever ride without the proper protection and bohn makes my favorite riding gear. if you like to wear levi's when you ride, then this product is for you as your levi's will slide right over them, and you will have CE armor protection in all the right places, same goes for the shirt which i often wear under a sweatshirt or levi jacket - the product is great for 100 degree days as well as 30 degree days. I have even worn the bohn suit under a business suit and attended board meetings! it is important though to understand, jeans are not going to provide the same level of protection as leather or kevlar. and, yes i have gone down while wearing my bohn body armor. while it was a relativly slow speed crash @ 20 mph, the bike took $3.5k in damage, while the bohn product protected my bones, and only my pride was bruised.

Nice armor for those who can get it. For me, had to go the most affordable way. Armored jacket and draggin jeans w/ kneepads for under $130 off eBay.

Dream was 305 cc displacement.
I have read reviews of the under armor and it appears to be a good product. Would give you more flexibility in what you can wear over it. I went the same way as pukame2 with the Draggin' jeans with knee armor and armored coat.
