Welcome and thank you for your service. The hose you speak of is part of the emissions system and catches oil vapor and recirculates it into your air box. All you need to do is catch the oil with a small container (Red bull can works nicely). Roketa usa? Are you talking about the guys in texas? I am a roketa dealer and parts are no problem.

I've seen a lot of negative posts under dealers, the good and the bad, about roketa ,and obtaining parts from them. I ordered 3 items from them, that I recieved in about a week. One of the items was a cdi box that was defective,or the wrong one. They shipped my new one 2 days ago and it is now in transit with dhl. I think they are really trying to satisfy the individual customer with prompt parts availability. The info on the roketa.com website is limited, but have you taken a close look at the mc-14 250 scooter? It has the 257 linhai engine, 10 and 12 inch tires, adjustable rear tires and windshield is tinted, and looks to be about 1/4 inch thick. I'm thinking this may be their top quality model. No radio or alarm. The specs list the top speed at 52.8 mph. This must be a misprint, but it does list this model as having a speed limiter, but that should be easy to fix. The following 250's are listed as having a speed limiter, the mc-54,the mc-14. the 250 bali , and the mc-54B,are listed as not having a speed limiter, and there no specs on the mc-62. My 54B, runs great up to 5400 rpm then just and wont go any higher but still has about 1/8 throttle left. That's why I think the cdi may be off, or does have a speed limiter.I've done everything else except the carb.

I havent had a chance to tear into a 250cc yet. I work mainly with the 49cc 4 strokes.
