Wierd problem. Often when I am on the forum I click on a thread and a pop up window wanting user name and password pops up. I close it and it pops back up...after closing it 5 or 6 times it goes away....only to return a few minutes later when I try to open another thread. Any clues? Dave

Never heard of this one Dave... I use Safari at home and FireFox at work and have never seen this.. the only board password protected is the black staff board... that's for us and it's boring... LOL Try checking your Browsers settings... if you have IE as a browser maybe Lee or Medman can help I don't use it and am not terribly familiar with it.. If you still have trouble we can find someone to help I'm sure.

That happened to me a couple days ago. It was in threads where one of our members had posted pics hosted by an outside account tha was asking for a password. I think he resolved the problem. If it happens again, please PM me or Aaron and we will get it taken care of by deleting the offending posts. Just make sure to give us a link to the thread that does this.

I can't remember the exact # of post because the Admin (Dawg) sets that. Just joined your a puppy Dawg then a Junior Dawg then a Big Dawg... all the way to Great Big Guru Dawg. It all has to do with the number of posts you have made. It's kinda silly but alot of forums do it and it encourages participation. That's it..pretty simple.

New member! :-) Monday 7/23/2007 I picked up my new QLINK Pegasus and love it except for one problem that I seem to be having and I was hoping someone could give me some advice or direction. The last couple of times I rode it, at some point in my trip it looses power to the engine. It acts like it's not getting any gas? I was assured by dealer that their gas had no water in it when they filled it up. It never stalls however and when I pull over and let it sit for a minute or two it seems to run fine? It's fun and runs great except for this. I don't want to have it let me sit or be a road hazard so I need help from someone please, Thanks Jeff

Thanks again for all the suggestions. Since I am new at this I am not sure what you mean when you say: "Something like this is better posted in the 150 forum section, this thread is more for problems with the actual forum itself"My previous message. Your post is posted in the category where site and tech issues related to this site are left for the Moderators. Hopefully a Moderator will move it for you. Anyway, there have been a number of problems like yours, and the most common issues are either a weak fuel shutoff valve, blocked fuel tank vent, unvented fuel cap (when there is no tank vent), or bad vacuum line (leak) to the fuel valve. Take it for a ride with the fuel cap loose to see if that stops the problem (not a solution) which will tell you if it's a venting problem. From there, check the other items I mentioned. Stan Thanks again for all the suggestions. Unfortunately we can't move it. While we can move threads, we can't move messages, at least not that I've found, and there's been a couple times where I would've liked that feature to split up a discussion that was branching.

Bumslayer, I think the early posts may be: 0-5 - New Puppy Dawg 5-15 - Junior Dawg 15-30 - Big Dawg 30- - Great Big Dawg (enjoying some micro-brews and cruising for 30 posts tonite! Made it!) - Great Big Guru Dawg - Better have something worth saying, is my guess ;D
