I didn't know they were even still making that model. The stator may be bad, or something isn't connected right, no way to tell for sure, long distance. If the dealer did it, they should fix it.

I'm not familiar with that model, but...
First off, make sure the kill switch is switched to allow it to run (if so equipped). That will let it crank, but kill the spark.
You'll need to check for power and ground on the coil. Check the CDI for power and ground as well. See if the stator is providing any power if those don't check out properly. If you can find a wiring diagram it should prove to be very helpful.
Inspect the plug wire and make sure the plug is proper working condition.
