Picked Up My New Yiben Scooter Today!

I made the 400 mile round trip to Pennsylvania today to pick up my new 2007 50cc Yiben Jet scooter. Made by Taizhou City Kaitong Motorcycle Manufacture. It actually came with a decent manual that even had a detailed maintenance schedule. These same scoots sell for $800. I picked it up brand new with 2 miles on it for $475! If I didn't already have another scooter, I might of bought two of them. He had about ten of them he sold for that price. He was clearing out last years models for a new shipment coming in. It runs nice and is pretty peppy for a 4 cycle 50cc scooter. I also bought one of those Mercedes style trunks for it from him for $30 in red to match it. This will be the perfect camping/second scooter for us. Overall, it seems to be a good scoot. Somehow I stuffed that thing into the back of my Jeep Grand Cherokee to get it home

That's a nice looking scooter, and for $475, that was a steal! Great find!

Can't beat that with a stick!!!!! What a deal. Back in the second half of the last century, I used to haul my Honda 150 Dream around in the back of my WV Squareback. Empty out the gas and oil and slide it right into the little wagon.
