It is beautifully designed bike. I understand they are very dependable. Let us know down the line how you like it. If you have the time, do a full critique. Thanks. Joe

That is one beauty of a steed!! Is the front end a new design? Seems different than earlier ones, but I could easily be confusing it with a different make.
Things I like: It is one extremely clean machine, even the 'decals' are not obtrusive Love the analog instrumentation Love the ENGLISH MPH for speed reading Really like the windscreen, looks like it will really do the job The side fairings look to be extremely well designed and effective The exhaust heat shield looks like it might actually be functional!!
Things I don't like:
It is your driveway and not mine
;d

Every photo I've seen of this model has been like mine, so it's possible you're thinking of a different scooter. I also like the MPH being on the outer edge of the speedometer. The windscreen is OK, nothing incredible. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with it so far. I've got a little over 200km on it, and everything's been very solid.

I just turned 1000 miles on my RV250. I have had zero problems. I have been averaging between 60 to 65 mpg. The mirror design is the only issue giving limited rear view. I took my RV250 on a 100 mile round trip yesterday averaging 50 to 65 mph. This is my longest trip so far. The RV250 continues to impress me. I must say this is my first motorcycle/scooter and it has exceeded my expectations for a 250cc scooter. Have you checked speedometer accuracy with a GPS?

Have two 250's,300 and 1100 miles. NO issues and consistant 63 mpg. I took off the ugly, marginal mirrors and replaced them with motorcycle mirrors mounted into the holes in the handelbars. MUCH BETTER.

MUCH BETTER. I've been thinking of doing the same thing. For now, what I've done is I stuck on some convex "blind spot" mirrors that I bought from Pep Boys. They were real cheap and do make an improvement (though probably not as good as what you've done).
