I am finally going to finish the long awaited, or not, Re-Engineering project of the Qlink Pegasus 150. Getting a new custom manufactured head gasket, by company on the net, that does this for hobbyist, auto restore jobs, ect. When I took off the head gasket, the black coating on it, was all spotty and tore up. Aluminum coated head gasket. I bought a new one just to send and have the manufacturer make a proper long lasting one. The original only lasted about 1000 chinometers. I know of the long dowel pin issue, but I do not think that is what is my problem. Will check to make sure! I am also installing a Kawasaki Ninja 250 Radiator behind the front wheel. The Ninja 250 radiator flows much faster than tiny Qlink-CFMoto unit! Her are a couple of pics and I will continue after apt. inspections, which are supposed to be any day! What the heck kinda radiator is this! Peace Out!

Just got the letter, Apt. Inspections March 24. I don't want any body to worry, the room I am working in is covered on the floor wall to wall with 8 mil plastic, and two old blankets are on top of that, to add some comfort for the old man! Me! Actually looking forward to finishing it! I was to pissed off to work on it for a year and a half! And to busy riding the new Kymco Xciting 500! Who could imagine in this day and age you could buy a motorized vehicle that overheats! Found out by a guy that did a ride on a fairly new Pegasus 150, with some Vespa's and his new one started to overheat and he had to slow down to get it cooled down! Ridiculous! This one won't over heat or my last name isn't POWER. Which it is! Will take pics, document everything, and put up a new post, when I'm done, here on Scootdawg. If they don't ban it! Only reason I'm bothering to do so, is to help others who may be having the same problems! Don't worry I'll go out and run the crap out of it, like I used to do the small Honda's! And so did every body else! You couldn't tear up the Old Super 90's Trail 70's ect. and the Super 90cc would go 65mph. all day! And they were air cooled! Thought this would be better because there is less stress on an aluminum engine when it is water cooled! For $2400 dollars I out to lay a golden egg!!!!!!!!!!!

Why did you have to miss quote me "Found out by a guy that did a ride on a fairly new Pegasus 150, with some Vespa's and his new one started to overheat and he had to slow down to get it cooled down!" I was being truthful about my peg I never said I had to let off on it to let it cool down and it's never overheated. I've got over 5000 miles on mine with only regular preventive maintance You need to get off your box and stop bad mouthing the Pegasus.
