Nice. Always like to see people make their own parts.
I'm looking at that model when I upgrade to a 150cc. It's one of the cheaper ones I can find online with dual rear shocks and a rear disc. It also happens to be available in mostly solid black.
A friend has a Roketa with a similar headlight design. His headlights provide a very narrow path compared to my Triton. It's bright, but you can't really see much more than straight ahead. How are the lights on this one?

Ever thought of welding the pipe and muffler together? It looks great, but those clamps kinda ruin it. Maybe you could weld everything but the clamp closest the engine if you need to be able to take it off? You could also try and build a flange or weld the stock flanges on to make it easy to remove, although that sorta kills the whole streamlining idea as well. Maybe even a spring attatchment like some of the 2 piece aftermarket pipes use? I don't mean any offense to your setup, just trying to offer some suggestions if you are interested.

Karma for the nice ride. Do you know what size the stock jets are? Did you make that intake, and (if you did) how? Is it just some PVC pipe, if not, where did you get it? Looks like what I want to do to mine. ;D Overall, very nice ride!

thanks for the karma.. the stock main jet said 108 and i forget what the pilot was.. yeah the intake i made myself also it's just a couple pvc fittings for plumbing that I got at ruralking.. they had a rubber type of coupler that i seen so i bought that to.. it was all pretty cheep actuall prob paid around 5-6 bucks for all three peices... i just took my filter in with me and started looking for piping that it would fit on and saved some money
