Ok, 35w HID headlight installed, can you tell which side it's on? The OEM hedlight wiring was removed and add a H4 housing to allow hologen and other bulb for the future, quick disconnect wiring allow both lights to run independently, or both sides could be turned off. Scooter at 89 miles.

You replaced the housing? Where did you get a replacement? Did you take any pics?

I got the H4 wiring from Autozone.
The air temperature around here has been between 30-60's, for the 90 miles that is logged on the odometer, about 60% done within a 2 block radius.
The scooter vibrates just as any single cylinder thumper would when start from cold. The routeen is that I circle around the single block radius at rpm no higher than 4000 until the bike is warmed up. After that the real riding begins, alternating between semi-hard acceleration and hard braking. making sure everything work as they should and stay in one piece. I've gotten rpm up to 6000 and speed up to 62 mph according to my GPS on a nice 1/4 mile of downhill and hard braking to activate the passive ABS, which wasn't very impressive but does work.
So far, my longest sustained ride was little over 40 minutes, 30 mile ride, some nice rolling terrain through Valley Forge National Park, some 1/8 miles, 12% gradien steep upgrade, scooted up at 4500-5200 rpm, no problem.
The radiator fan stays on after I turn off the engine for 20-70 seconds after each ride, depending on air temperature and how much stoping I encounter along the way.
Scoot is pretty stable at speed, I let go of the handlebars at 35-45 mph open road and it tracked straight and no shimmy or vibration to feel unstable, I guess the front tire is pretty balanced and straight.

OK, I just figured out that you posted that pic twice in two different threads. I thought I was losing my mind there for a minute. I inadvertently posted the same question to both of them as I thought my first post didn't go through for some reason.

The GPS mount and power cord are routed through handlebr switches: Yes, the GPS unit blocks the speedo, but it displays more accurate speed anyway. The RAM mounting ball in mounted on the metl bracket that holds the handlebar and cover, vibration is minimal in motion, going over rough terrain may cause difficulety to read, but suspension mod would improve that... add to list to upgrade. SAE power outlet to allow easy access for battery tender and electric clothing if needed.. I gues I would turn off the headlights to use the heated clothing.

Just turned over 700 miles on the scooter, Did my first valve adjustment while engine is still running, now it seems to start a whole lot easier maybe valves were tight to begin with. Airbox is very clean, so is the air fiter. Drive belt seems to be wearing in nicely, found some residue inside the drivebelt case: Next project for the scooter will be replacing the OEM retifier with full wave rectifier with extra heatsink:

Upgraded rectifier and heatsink installed, just below the 139db electric airhorn, smack above the fork crown for maximun airflow:
