Just curious. I have noted when looking at the pics of engines that some (cfmoto 244) have aluminum cylinders and some have what appears to be cast iron. I checked mine on the mc 54 and it is indeed cast iron. Anyone have aluminum or does it just look that way in the pics.  |

Have only seen a couple (including my own Bali) of their 244 cc engines and they had cast iron cylinders. Same on my Linhai/Yamaha design engine.

Thanks Ollie, It may be the way I saw the pics. As an old school person, I prefer the old cast iron.
