Its turned cold and yesterday it snowed all day so the Morphous moved into my workshop and scooter mod barn. The first mod that I had to have was a Bad Boy horn, 108 decibels of attention grabbing blast designed to wake up any cell phone chatting soccer mom trying to get into my space. Looking under the front fender area I pretty quickly found that the bottom of the glove box would be a perfect mounting area. To support the extra weight, I used a 3/16" sheet of phenolic inside the glove box. Then it was a pretty simple install, using the original horn's stud mount to mount the relay. I ran a 10gauge wire and inline fuse to the battery and plugged everything in. Its loud! You can get these horns from Harbor Freight or Pep Boys.

Nate; Great upgrade! I have followed that horn with interest. You did it right by using a relay and running a new fused supply from the battery.

Yeah, you have to do that. The horn comes with a relay. The wire and inline fuse came from the Pep Boys.
