HOWS THIS ?? This is the GIVI windscreen on the Kymco Ps250. The beading is aftermarket from Pep Boys Auto Store. Black is 1/4 auto peel and stick molding. The silver around the edge of the screen is 1/8 peel and stick auto molding. Been on there for 500 miles and has stuck good. Looks good and makes the screen stiffer.

this shows the chrome grille work I added. It's the 1/8 silver auto molding. looks good and different from other Ps250's. this shot also shows wind deflectors added for upper body.

This shows the storage bags I added. on the left is for paper pad-gas receipts. middle is for the 2-way radio - on the right is cell phone and misc. plus garage door opener. also cup holder and pen holder. this shot also shows the wind deflectors i added at the bottom to keep wind from climbing up the pants cuffs.

Back to the scooter .... that is one tricked-out machine. A little over the top for me personally, but if you like it that's great. I lke the wind protection the screen gives your hands and also like the wind deflectors for your legs. Those might be pretty handy on scoots like mine with the non-flat floor - I can't quite seem to get my cuffs out of the wind. So that's a mod I could see making to my scoot in the near future. Then maybe some stick on 1/8" molding here and there, a rider on the trunk, ...., whoa, my scoot would look just like yours!

thanks for the help, will change camera in the future. Don't change it in your camera. Always take them big in the camera and down size them in a program. That way if you ever get a really good picture (or that once in a million picture) it will be sized well enough that you can blow it up when you have it developed. That way it won't get all pixelated.

MLN is right! Whenever taking pictures of your scooter always use the highest resolution possible - you never know when that perfect Hallmark moment wll come - you know, like when your scooter sits up for the first time, it has that perfect smile, or the sun hits the headlights just so. You wouldn't want to shoot that in low def. (Sorry for the sarcasm - I'm just feeling feisty this morning . Cheers, Gary)

Exactly! If you shoot low def then it will still be there when you go to your Grandma's 100th birthday and you will not have the quality of picture you want when she pinches that young buck on the butt!

I made the wind deflectors on the bottom from a 1/8 thick mud flap from Pep Boys Auto Parts Store. used poster board for a pattern first. I also used screw covers found at most hardware stores so you wouldn't see the screw heads.

The upper wind deflectors I made from an amber transparent sun visor that clips on to your car visor and swings down. you can see thru to drive but still blocks the sun. Found these at a Meijers Store. Painted the back side flat black so the front would look glossy black. they work good.
