Riding with my wife in the car Sunday going up I15 from San Diego to Temecula we were passed by a 650 Burgman. We were doing about 80 (wife was driving) - he was probably doing about 85. Looked steady as a rock with no problem at that speed.

Think I've seen 115 listed as top speed. Still had a little left.

i own a 2006 burg 650 and love it, it will do 105 and feels solid as a rock i bot it from the dealer new and didnt give anywhere close to 8k for it

I think the 8+K price is for the "Executive" (if I have the model name correct) with electronic ABS and a few other goodies.
