If you are referring to the chain shown in one of the pics, that is not a chain driven CVT but a chain drive off the back of the CVT to the rear wheel. Looks like the entire engine and CVT is firmly chassis mounted with only the rear wheel unsprung. This is the more desirable way of doing it but also the more expensive way. Some other big scoots have the same set up.
That is an awesome looking machine! Bet you would raise a few eyebrows at a motorcycle rally with that bike!

It is a very racey looking machine. Where does the line get crossed from maxi scoot to superbike? I bet this thing flies!
