I have been reading all the threads relating to changing fluids, it really helped I did all the changes that were recommended. Now I am battling with an antifreeze leak. I have bacically changed most of the clamps, the problem now is the filler part where the radiator cap attaches is cracked. Does anyone know where I can purchase a new one? I am one of those that purchased my scooter from BNS scooters so I have no help from them or even an answer on there phone. I am getting to the point where I spend more time working on this then riding it. It is a Roketa Bali 250. Any help would be most appreciated. I have leaned a lot from all the posts so far never realized until someone turned me on to this web site there were so many helpful knowledgeable people willing to share there experience. Thanks for whatever anyone can provide. Frustrated

fasdog1,
Try looking at some of Gary's posts. He had a similar problem and made a temporary fix with epoxy. Also I believe there are a couple of Japanese scooter that use a similar piece. You might take th old one to a local cycle Honda shop and see if they can match it.

Fasdog1; Welcome to the Dawg Pound! Visit this website and look around. Stan Jessup has some great information about your scoot as well as some parts for it. www.oregonvintage.com/The radiator fill neck is poorly made. You can replace it with a Honda part (#19039-KM-004) from a Honda Helix 250. Did that on my CFMoto Bali 250. I also had trouble with the O.E. radiator cap - wouldn't seal under pressure. Replaced that with a U.S. made "Stant" brand cap, part #11233. Same pressure rating and seals better.
