After recieving my new scooter I proceeded to change all the fluids. When it came time to change the coolant nothing would drain. I pulled the hoses, nothing plugged. I gently pryed the front of the water pump off. Just below what I thought was the drain hole is a little inlet with a slit. That was all clogged up with the green sludge that was suposed to be anti-freeze. So far the scooter runs great and no leaks.

Cogratulations! Your new coolant will probably dissolve away a lot of other sludge that is no doubt hiding in other nooks and crannies of your engine. So you probably should change the coolant again pretty soon.
Cheers
