Thanks for trying to help Rollie. I found the nipple on the carb where that hose went but that was only part of the problem. After filling and starting I saw another leak. Fluid was ouring from the area of the head gasket. I started to get really pist off but whats the point. For sh!ts and giggles I looked at kymco and found that theres a dealer close to my house. I took a ride over there and WOW!!! I came home with brand new xciting 500. This machine is in way even comparable to my Roketa POS. I learned a 2000 dollar lesson and now have a scooter that I can start ride and have confidence in. I am a physician ( doing my residency so i dont make bank yet but neither am I dirt poor ). I blame my frugal Jewish heritage for wanting save a buck. I paid more but I got one heck of a great machine. Happy Scooting....

Put the Bali up on Craigs list, you should be able to sell it locally to someone. At least then you won't be completely out of your $2000. BTW, you are gonna love that Xciting 500. What color did you get? BTW what area do you live in? Tom

Look4wisdom; Really am sorry about your experience with the Bali. Sometimes things go like that in life. You did make a GREAT choice in the Xciting 500. I have two kinds of scoot dreams - one of the newer, improved Chinese scoots and either an Xciting or a Bergman. I think the Xciting would be best for me.
Good luck with your Residency! I hope it is the beginning of an exciting and fulfilling career.

Hey Tom Im not sure the exact color. I thinks its charcoal metalic. Its a sharp looking paint job thats for sure. I am not going to try to sell the Roketa at this point. I have filed complaints with BBB, FTC, Kansas and Michigan Attorney Generals Offices. I also have a call into a lawyer specializing in Lemon Law and going to pursue a claim against the dealer. I live in the Greater Grand Rapids area of Michigan. Thanks for the best wishes Rollie. Residency is challenging, intellectually and physically, but I enjoy every minute. Not many people are blessed to be able to have job where they can serve others and make a difference in their lives. I am very thankful for the opportunity believe me. Both of you be safe out there riding. Im doing a Emergency Medicine residency so I have seen more than a few patients who have been in motorcycle accidents. Most of the time they are hit by someone who says "I didn't see them!" Happy Scooting!!!

You could try AJ but I doubt very much it would help. The world is full of stupid and inattentive people. On the plus side they offer me job security...

ROTFLMAO! I could see the look on peoples faces now, watching some rent a cop on a scooter with a revolving yellow light on his helmet. Tom
