Well the scooter just turned over 2,000 km so I decided to give her a speed trial...
Got on the freeway, opened up the throttle, got into a bit of a tuck, and let her rip. Top speed measured by my bicycle computer was 75.13 mph. There was some wind buffeting, but the ride wasn't too bad. The scoot might have been able to go a bit faster, but I didn't want to push it 100%.
I must say I'm really pleased with the scoot. It runs flawlessly. The engine idle is perfect, the brakes strong and quiet, and handling is good now that I'm used to the added weight over my 150. Allnew has been good about sending replacements for the minor parts that have broken. The only issue I'm still facing is that the charging system isn't working. This hasn't been enough of an issue for me to get motivated to fix it. All in all, I'm a pretty happy dawg.

Nice top end. I haven't quite hit 75mph by the GPS with RR but have gotten up to about 73. That 75 with still a little to go is great.
Glad things are going better with your scoot. It's great when they start to smooth out and you can start to enjoy the ride.
