I have seen questions on many of the sites about what is the actual recommended maintenance schedule for scooters. I did get somewhat of a manual with my RR 250 TLX that had a schedule printed in it. I was unable to get a usable scan so I took the time to copy it word for word into an Excel spreadsheet and convert that to a jpeg file (yeh, I know.... get a life.... but tonight I had some time and thought it might be of some help to the newer dawgs out there). There are some things I am not so sure about such as the "Throttle Clearance". I would be inclined to believe this was a translation error and it actually is "Valve Clearance" but any way here it is in all it's glory. Possibly Stan or others with more experience than I would care to comment on the meaning of some of the confusing items.

Monty57, the maintenance schedule on mine the valve adjustment is every 12,000Km. The Throttle cable freeplay adjustment was a lot more frequent.

That maybe what they mean by Throttle Clearance. I wonder why they do not address the valve issue?
Any thoughts?

Monty57, what engine do you have cfmoto? It is hard to read that schedule you put up, but I think there is a Throttle cable and Throttle clearance, you may be right it might be Valve clearance but every 6 months?

It is the CF Moto engine. Yeh, that seems a little often for valves.
Any thoughts from anyone else?
