I've read a lot of comments about the mirrors and how they vibrate at low speed and that they cannot be adjusted satisfactorily. I came up with an idea that pretty low tech, but it worked. I used a wedge to sort of lock the mirror into a position that seemed to work for me, then i used clear silicone caulk to seal the edge of the mirror to the housing. I did this along the top half of the mirror. It worked..the mirror doesn't rattle or move. Downside..no adjustment.... Just a FYI

Very clever. Some times the low tech solutions are the best.

Cool, mine seem pretty sturdy. I just made sure they were securely fastened and all was good...

I have tried to add a rubber gasket at the base. Helps a little. I need to search for a thicker "base material" then whatever is handy in the garage.
