Hi, Thanks for everyone's reply. I am a first timer when it comes to owning anything with two wheels and a motor. I can't believe what I've been missing. I'm already so addicted!

Hi Stan, You can publish these documents and even name evosales.com as the source. There is no problem to do it now. We were not allowed to do it for something like 6 months after publication. Now there is no problem. There should not be that many bikes needing that fix now but you never know. All the bikes with this problem have been fixed about a year ago. Rony evosales.com

I installed a small LED in the dash hood on the Tank, which lights when the fan is on. I have not yet done this with the RR250, but I will very soon. With the Tank, if the fan is working normally, you can't hear it when the engine is running, so I like having an indicator for it. These scooters are prone to air lock, so it's very important to warm the scooter with the radiator cap off and refil as needed until the level stops dropping, then cap it. Most of the cooling problems are caused by low coolant, air lock, fan is inoperable (bad connections), or just bad gauge calibration and not really overheating. Stan Stan, What kind of LED did you install and how exactly? I like the idea, where could I purchase an LED? Guess you would have to wire between the positive supply of the fan and a common ground?
