Does anyone know how to calibrate the existing speedometers? Like changing the axle gear and if so where can you get them? I checked mine with GPS and it's only about 5MPH fast, but I would like right on.

Don't know how you would adjust it.. changing the little gear may work.. but if you can find it.. I, yah will admit, attempted to fix the speed by removing some tension from the "Calibrated" spring.. Well that was one thing I messed up.. Put it together.. and ending up jamming the needle spring to a stopper.. and short story long.. Bought and installed a Vapor.. Lots of cool features.. did I mention that?

The simple way is to ride at 50 mph indicated and get your GPS reading for actual. Open the speedo by removing the lens and gently turn the needle to 50 mph. Grab the stem that the needle sits on with some hemostats and hold it steady while you pop the needle off and reposition it at the correct speed.
