ok im new here im going to purchase a scooter soon but am wondering whatthe best 250cc scoot is for under 2200 delivered is im looking ata tank touring 250 but nayotehrs i should look at 2200 delivered is my max price any ideas only things i want are at least 250ccs good or decnt headlight ones that work and is street legal and maybe a good dealer been looking llocallya t kymcos but teh website posts no price
