You did a great job on that Pomeruck!
I really appreciate the attention to detail.
How much of the welding, fabricating, painting and whatnot did you do yourself?
And was this the first project you've applied your talents too?
Like I said, great job! No, if only we could attract more guys like yourself to the forum, it would sure add something.

thanks all for the compliments! i did all the frame work. i just have a mig welder and some saws and grinders. i did most of the body work and a friend painted it. this was pretty much the first time i did any metal fabrication. i'm kind of a jack of all trades, but i'm mainly a musician. hope to ride with all of you some day  |

well its been 4 or 5 years since I lived in KC but if I'm remembering correctly Kansas had pretty soft inspection criteria, but that may have changed since then.
Hey pome is that a dang JO sticker on that plate?

ya they don't actually inspect the vehicle in person. i have it registered as a honda ruckus. the vin number is on the front frame piece. funny thing is i haven't yet been pulled over on it. as for my 50cc, i've been pulled over a dozen times or so. ya it sure is a johnson county plate. i have a personalized that says ZOOMR which is what they call ruckuses in japan (zoomer). i just haven't gone to pick it up yet.  |
