Why ask Ooops Get the Kymco 500...end of story. Best of both worlds quality/value. Although it sound like even the 250 was a little much....LOL Seriously you liked what you had you had the best for the money so get another.

Honda and Yamaha are quite fine scoots, but overpriced compared to the competition. Were you happy with the Kymco? Don't rule out Daelim if you have a dealer nearby. Dennis at cbx loves Daelim privately in behind the scenes discussion which I shouldn't be mentioning here.

Pics please ;D Ooops, I would go with one of the following: Xciting 500 Yamaha Majesty 07' Burgman 400 Now if you want to step up in price a bit you can throw the Burgman 650 and Honda S-Wing into the mix but now you are talking like $8500 new. The 3 scoots above can be had for $6K or less new. The new Burgman 400 is awesome. It has the largest storage I have ever seen. You can fit 2 full-face helmets plus some other $hit. I would go with the Majesty or Burgman 400 for my next scoot but I want the extra 100cc's the Xciting has. I am sure you will get something nice. Keep us posted.

I've looked all over the cartype.com site and I couldn't even figure out what section of the site that photo is from. But I did find a lot of other interesting pictures, and some hilarious ones, including this one.

It might be hard to come along one of those Carver One's... It's actually a European company and they've only made 500 to distribute in Europe and the States, just started selling it in May of '06. If you want more digs, their website is www.carver-worldwide.comFrom what I can find, they don't actually have any North American distributers. They're estimating USD price to be in the ballpark of $45 large. Oops- you need to be in a world of hurt for insurance and lawsuits to replace your Kymco with one of these puppies! Keep your eyes peeled on ebay for that one! You could also try to get your hands on a Corbin Sparrow: Corbin Motors was also working on an open-top gas version called the "Merlin" before they suddenly went out of business. There were a few made- if you have the right sources, some patience, and some money, you might be able to find one!

I got my first look at a silverwing today. WOW!!!!!! Wow is right. I am pretty sure at this point the S-wing is my favorite maxi-scooter, although I have never seen any of the Italian 500's in person. Do I see an S-wing for Ooops in the future?
