Since the majority of Harleys are air cooled I woundn't have thought to go to a Harley dealer for it. The V-Rods are the only liquid cooled ones. Most antifreeze should be free of silicates. Read the container. Honda sells it in quarts.

subsailortrainman; Welcome to the "DawgPound"! Our cooling systems don't use much coolant. That gallon should do you for a few changes and it will keep. What you purchased sounds OK. I like Zerex G-05. It is a "HOAT" formulation (hybrid organic acid) and specified by the likes of Mercedes, to reduce cooling system component damage. Just saw it at Advance Auto for $9/gal., full strength. Use it in my scoot and cars.

subsailortrainman; I think you misread the statement on the back. It DOES NOT say Zerex G-05 is incompatible with anything. It does warn you about about using other "OAT" (Organic Acid Tech.) formulation types of antifreeze, such as Dex-Cool, which purport to be OK for all cars but which can actually cause damage to cooling system components.
The Harley juice will do you just fine!
