Since the majority of Harleys are air cooled I woundn't have thought to go to a Harley dealer for it. The V-Rods are the only liquid cooled ones. Most antifreeze should be free of silicates. Read the container. Honda sells it in quarts.

Welcome to the "DawgPound"! Our cooling systems don't use much coolant. That gallon should do you for a few changes and it will keep. What you purchased sounds OK. I like Zerex G-05. It is a "HOAT" formulation (hybrid organic acid) and specified by the likes of Mercedes, to reduce cooling system component damage. Just saw it at Advance Auto for $9/gal., full strength. Use it in my scoot and cars.

I saw the zerex stuff also but was worried about what it said on the back about compatibility issues. Besides...I got HARLEY JUICE HAAAAAAAHAAAAAHAAAAA

I think you misread the statement on the back. It DOES NOT say Zerex G-05 is incompatible with anything. It does warn you about about using other "OAT" (Organic Acid Tech.) formulation types of antifreeze, such as Dex-Cool, which purport to be OK for all cars but which can actually cause damage to cooling system components.
The Harley juice will do you just fine!
