Hey all! Guess what? I just decoded my vin number on my tank 250, and according to the vin codes I have a Chrysler made in Mexico? ? I just put insurance on it through geico, and it took them a while to plug in the right info. The mco states that it is made by KTMMEX S.A. de C.V. (that sounds mexican, not chinese HMMMMM? ?) I don't cre what the papers say just as long as I can register, and insure it. This does sound kind of squirrley if you ask me. Has anyone out there experienced problems with the vin or registration process?

OK! JUST DID A SEARCH ON KTMMEX S.A. de C.V, AND SURE ENOUGH IT IS A MEXICAN CORPORATION! CO-OWNED BY THE CHINESE! BUT WHAT IS EVEN MORE INTERESTING IS THE POSSIBILITY THAT DAIMLER-CHRYSLER HAS THEIR FINGERS IN THE PIE! I GUESS I CAN ADVERTISE MY TANK AS A CHRYSLER PRODUCT WHEN I DECIDE TO SELL HER!!! OH WHAT A TANGLED WEB WE WEAVE, WHEN FIRST WE PRACTICE TO DECIEVE!! HELL, I DON'T CARE AS LONG AS IT RUNS...........

Didn't Chrysler have a hand in the M1 Abrams??? Only makes sense since this too is a Tank.
