I can get a 1985 Elite 250 with only 650 miles on it for around $1800. It has just gotten out of the Honda dealer for a carb etc (to the tune of $450) so it's as close to a new 20 yr old scooter as you can find.
Opinions?

I agree with Lewtwo, every Elite 250 I've looked at up up here is at least $1200-$1500 for high miles and wear. I'd consider it pretty seriously.

If it's as mint as you say, I would scarf it up! You might find a little rubber needs replacing but that's easy. Wuff wuff!
