Your question can be answered two ways. For instance, I am a QLink dealer that sells CARB approved scooters. These scooter models are not QLinks, but they are CARB approved. ( - ;
And otherwise, QLink doesn't feature any scooter models that have CARB approval... so the short answer would be, there are no CA dealers for QLink. ( - ;

Hi JIm!
Thanks for the honest response! I have gone out to the local scooter/motorcycle dealers, and have been somewhat disappointed.
The problem I have come across, is this...
the 250cc scooters that they carry are very small. Something that makes me nervous, considering that they are freeway legal here! I will be riding my scooter 22miles a day, ON THE FREEWAY!
If you have ever driven on the freeways in Cali, you know what I mean when I say small.
After trying out the Bergman and the Majesty, I have decided to get a 400cc scoot.
I found the perfect 400cc on your website!
Should be placing my order soon!
By the way, the name is Nicole!
I'm the one who's been calling with the crazy questions! ;D

Hi Nichol,
Ummm... you'll forgive me if I don't remember our phone conversations. I talk to a lot of people about a lot of things - all the time. ( - ; At any rate, I do appreciate you calling - and most all, doing your research.
But I think you're in a position where you're going to have to get one of the 400cc scooters from a local dealer. The 400cc scooer we have on our website is a QLink Splendor. To my knowledge, they will not be CARB approved... unless QLink decides to pursue it.
I'm sorry but all I can offer for CA is the SYM line or some of my Bandit models. SYM does have a new 300cc model coming out shortly... I think. It's a big-wheel model - like an HD-200 on steroids or something. It's called a 'Citycom'. Looks interesting but I don't know how well they are gonna sell at $5k each.
Anywho, if you wish to call again and get more info... or post here... I'll try to point you in a worthwhile direction.
Later, Jim J... Bandit MotorSports
PS - I'd take the Yamaha over the Burgy... just my thoughts. ( - ;

Hi Jim!
Thanks for the info...
When I called, the first guy I spoke to, said you had the bike ( ca legal).
No biggie! was just hoping to save some cash!
lol ( aren't we all?!?)
If you could, I would appreciate your info on local dealers!

That's funny, littletiger signs up at 2:55AM to make this post at 2:58AM and doesn't take the time to preview it or look at it afterwards and see that HTML doesn't work here, or even find out how to post links. Do they think this makes their company look good?
Just gotta get that ad in...
