Hi, I am still kindof new 2 forum and the scooter world. I have been looking into getting a scooter for awhile now. I had found one I was going to purchase and checked out the company. Now as the time came for me to get it I had an unexpected budget cut on my savings but really needed the scooter now, so I took a risk and went with a company i or anyone else have seen to have heard of. I knew it was a gamble and a risk but it the price tempted me in and it was the style of the scooter i had been wanting from the get go so wanted to share. I went with the 150cc Viva Zoom from Nitro Motors. Will rave on the scoot but the company, not so much. The delivery was good ordered it Monday got it it following Friday. Customer service SO NOt friendly after money transition made. Advertisement and their promise for free helmet (No I did not get the free helmet with delivery of scoot as promised... but am nagging them for it.) I was expcting it to be80 to 90% assembled but we had to assemble 80 to 90% our selfs. I called Nitro of this issue and the fact that not only did we have to assemble most of it we had to do without ANY instruction manuel! They laughed. Said they didnt have one and I requested several times to speak to owner or manager and my request for that has not been granted. BUT here is GOOD NEWS and and alot of luck and fingercrossing on my side! My husband, who is not mechanicaly inclined AT ALL worked on the scoot for 48 hrs without any kind of backup. SO a big pat on the back to him cause we got it started and put 10 miles on it last night! ;D ;D SO alltho I am not impressed with Nitro the company I am sooo impressed withe the scooter and am in love with my scooter and I realize I got lucky under the circumstances. I do believe the scooter itself is a good one. Will post pictures soon.
