I do not know how many people are in the greater Atlanta area, but Scooter Steve on North Decatur Road in Decatur, GA has proved to me that he will go 100 percent out of the way to make each and every customer fully satisfied. As the owner, he has been a mechanic on motor scooters all over the world (he has lived in a number of countries). Also, he has two very dedicated mechanics who work for him and they pay strict attention to detail. He is basically a TANK dealer at this time but plans to increase the size of his dealership in the near future and will carry some other lines. I take all my scoots to him for the periodic maintenance and he always gives me a certified statement of the exact work performed. If he only spends a half-hour changing the motor oil and the gear oil then you only get charged for a half-hour of labor. Many times if you call ahead you can drive out and he will allow you to wait on the scoot, usually no more than 45 minutes. He has traveled to China many times and has many connections throughout the scoot industry, in the State of Ga, nationally and internationally. His wife is of Chinese descent and she can pick up the phone and call China and get many things done there. They both have traveled to China and Taiwan to visit the various factories and have recommended inprovements in quality to the various manufacturers. I have been very pleased with his service. He is extremely honest. Joe ;D

Hi Murdoc. By the way, I do not own any stock in Steve's company....lol The website is www.scooter-steve.com He is good about replying to his email...normally within 24 hours or less.....and if you ever get by there I think you would enjoy doing business with him as he is fair and the charge is always what you would expect to pay for the amount of work performed. Joe
