I bought my scooter from All New Sports.
Just wondering if anyone did the same?? If you ask me, this place is BAD and I would never order from there again!!! There service is bad, and they never send you parts when needed.
Let me know!
EDIT: Retitled and moved to appropriate forum

Like me you should have researched them before you bought. I have a Bali 250 Touring that has been sitting for 3 months because allnew hasn't sent me a replacement fan. They are supposedly on back order. To me 3 plus months to get a part is unreasonable and one of the legal foundations for a claim im filing against them. If anyone is considering buying run far and fast from allnewsports....

Well I was waiting to write this report until I got a brake line issue resolved with All New Sports. The Issue has been resolved to my complete satisfaction so here goes.
I bought a Roketa Maui 50cc from them on August 7, 2007. I went to register it with the DE. DMV and because the MCO said it was 3.2 hp, they wanted to register it as a motorcycle, not a moped. I called All New Sports and they said, send the MCO back and they would correct it. I sent it back and within a week had the new MCO with a HP rating of 2hp. listed. Took it to the DMV and had no problems, got it tagged as a Moped. All New Sports came through with flying colors.
Last week (Labor Day Weekend) I lost my front hydraulic brake. I pulled off the front panel and front fender and found that the brake line had slipped out of it's guide and was rubbing on the front tire, and got a hole in it. I emailed All New on Saturday, told them what happened and asked for a replacement brake line as the scoot was under warranty. I received an email back from them on Sunday. (remember this was Labor Day Weekend) The email stated that they would forward my request for a new brake line to their parts dept. and have it shipped to me this week.
After reading all the negative post's regarding All New Sports, needless to say I was skeptical about getting the new brake line.
Well here it is Saturday afternoon exactly one week since I sent them the first email regarding the damaged line and as I write this I'm sitting here looking at a brand new front hydraulic brake line. Delivered moments ago by the USPS to my mail box.
In conclusion: I've had nothing but good service with All New Sports. The shipping of the Scoot was on time with no damage. The MCO issue was taken care of in a very timely manner. The brake line issue was also taken care of promptly.
As far as I'm concerned All New Sports ROCKS!!!!! . I would buy from them again in a minute.
Hope I didn't burst anybodys bubble ;D

I too found this forum (which is packed with wonderful people who share their knowledge and experience), way too late. So now, I post whenever I can for everyone to Stay Away !! They are unethical liars, terrible business people, and yet somehow they survive. They can be found hiding: www.alitescooters.com Best way to deal with them, dispute your credit card charges !!.

Bought my bali 250 from them. Ordered it 1 jun, recieved it 2 july. Actually recieved my mco/bill of sale before the scoot, about 28 june. That seems to be the norm for drop shippers. My only complaint is the website showed a 260cc engine on the bali 250 and it turns out that is incorrect so I recieved a 244cc. I'm not gonna complain cause it's running really good.

The fan on my bali250 quit and I found a wire going into the bottom of the fuse box going to the fans fuse was loose.I spliced the 2 wires together and did away with the fuse(I want that fan running no matter what). Never a problem again,it's running great and in hot florida weather.

Find a 12 volt fan and mount it somewhere to blow on the radiator.Wire it to the existing wires and get back on the road. If your gonna own a china scoot your gonna have to be a mechanic.

If anyone is considering buying run far and fast from allnewsports.... I also would not wait myself. You can go to Auto Zone and buy one of the after market strap on fans for a car that has the twin fans in it and remove one and modify it to fit your scooter... sell the other. Someone on another board did this and couldn't have been happier. The fan moved a lot more air, cycled on and off when the old one would stay on in hot weather, and was $69. He sold the second fan in the housing for $35 to someone else on the board. Oh, have you tested to make sure it's the fan that's bad? Run power directly to the fan from your battery or charger and make sure it doesn't come on... could be a loose wire or bad sensor. I would hate to see you get a new fan and not have it work! -Rich
