-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well I was waiting to write this report until I got a brake line issue resolved with All New Sports. The Issue has been resolved to my complete satisfaction so here goes.
I bought a Roketa Maui 50cc from them on August 7, 2007. I went to register it with the DE. DMV and because the MCO said it was 3.2 hp, they wanted to register it as a motorcycle, not a moped. I called All New Sports and they said, send the MCO back and they would correct it. I sent it back and within a week had the new MCO with a HP rating of 2hp. listed. Took it to the DMV and had no problems, got it tagged as a Moped. All New Sports came through with flying colors.
Last week (Labor Day Weekend) I lost my front hydraulic brake. I pulled off the front panel and front fender and found that the brake line had slipped out of it's guide and was rubbing on the front tire, and got a hole in it. I emailed All New on Saturday, told them what happened and asked for a replacement brake line as the scoot was under warranty. I received an email back from them on Sunday. (remember this was Labor Day Weekend) The email stated that they would forward my request for a new brake line to their parts dept. and have it shipped to me this week.
After reading all the negative post's regarding All New Sports, needless to say I was skeptical about getting the new brake line.
Well here it is Saturday afternoon exactly one week since I sent them the first email regarding the damaged line and as I write this I'm sitting here looking at a brand new front hydraulic brake line. Delivered moments ago by the USPS to my mail box.
In conclusion: I've had nothing but good service with All New Sports.
The shipping of the Scoot was on time with no damage. The MCO issue was taken care of in a very timely manner. The brake line issue was also taken care of promptly.
As far as I'm concerned All New Sports ROCKS!!!!! . I would buy from them again in a minute.
Hope I didn't burst anybodys bubble

I just got my Roketa Bali 150 5/9/08. I ordered 4/5/08. currently I am very happy with it and have 40 miles on it already. It seams I will need to buy another one because my wife just took off on it. I probably logged only 1/2 of the 40 miles. (I have kids too)
Apparently there is a backlog of orders because after 2 weeks of non shipment I got worried and stumbled across this forum and was convenced I had been ripped off. Every time I called I got the responce, "If it didn't ship already it will ship on Friday, or Wednesday, etc." After 3 weeks I called my credit card company and told them there might be fraud. They said they would investigate. Low and behold I got a tracking # the next day. If I had opted for the home delivery it wouldn't be here until next week so I picked it up myself at the local trucking Company. Make sure you take some big guys with you if you attempt to do this, I almost didn't get it on my trailer.
My Roketa was almost completly assembled. I added the wind shield, rear view mirrors, the trunk and foot pads, loaded the battery and gas, topped off the oil and it fired right up.
I would probably still buy locally next time because of service and possible fraud concerns.
For now I have to give ANS an A+ rating. And ScootDawg is a great site, I have gotten some good info. Thanks

FWIW, I ordered a Roketa Fiji 150 from ANS and recieved the scooter 2 weeks from purchase date, then recieved the MSO 3 weeks from purchase date. From what I hear, I must be lucky. At any rate, I have no cause to complain thus far. BTW, other than an initial oil change and upgrading a few hoses, it has been a good running little machine!

Well I ordered my scoot Bali 250 from AllNew on 4/25/08 received it on 05/09/08 and I have had nothing but trouble. I received the bike and it was damaged The shipper USFC told me so. I contacted All New and they told me I had to take shipment unless there was visible frame damage. I took the delivery and made sure that I wrote received damaged on the scoot. The entire body kit has to be replaced also there was no trunk, no alarm system, no rear-views . I thought it was all panel damage. When talking to All New they said that they would send all the parts out quickly. This was on the 11th of May no parts have been received as of this date. So I went ahead and bought a fuel pump and a new battery and spark plug. Just to try to get it to run. Which is did for about 35 miles but it wobbled like H_ _ _ Sarah at AllNew told me to take it to a mechanic and get an estimate as to how much it would cost to repair it so that it could be turned in on to the trucking company for reimbursement. Well the mechanic took off the panels and found that the frame is indeed damaged. I contacted AllNew on Friday and they said they would call and verify the frame is damaged with the mechanic.
I sent them over 50 pictures of the damage. I have sent email after email with no response. I have called them almost daily but to no avail.
I paid by CC any suggestions on what to do next?

in response to dkweaver: did you order with a credit card? i made a complaint with mine and i forgot to call them and say everything was OK and my money was credited back to my card. so if you used a credit card and file a complaint you will get your money back. did you pay for shipping insurance? if there is that much damage i wouldn't accept anything less than a complete new bike. no parts. good luck chuck

These folks are not doing too well at customer service. In another post in this forum I told my story. In short; I paid for a MC-54B 250 and received an MC-54, bike was red, trunk was blue, mirrors were white got the bike in April - here it is June, no parts and they continue to deny the bike they sent me was MC-54. I'll never do business with them again. Thanks to the awesome people on this board, the info I received has helped me more than I ever expected.

Any luck Luckeydawg? My wife calls me one night and says she ordered a scooter for us. At the time I didn't even know I wanted one. Anyway she ordered a Sicily 150 from Allnew and we waited a couple of weeks for delivery. There was a little paint damage to some of the plastic but other than that it seem to be in decent shape. I then spent the next day learning Chinese. ;D After I finally got it together it wouldn't start. I traced the problem to a pinched fuel line and she started right up. So far so good. Today we went to the MVA to register it and they wouldn't let us because the title was printed poorly and couldn't be easily read. There was also a form that should have been filled out that we had to mail to Allnew. My wife was able to contact someone who might have been Sarah because she was told to send the documents c/o Sarah. Hopefully the turn around on this will be quick. I just got my motorcycle learners permit and I'm ready to ride.
