Here's some of my tips if you cant fit youre newly bought 30 mm CVK Carb.
There are some diffrences betwean carb brands, and i think the OKO brand can be the hardest (maybe).
Well i got a 30mm OKO CVK carb from "Autotech355" @ ebay.
Also bought the alu intake.
My scoot is a small frame 125cc (Same size as alot of 50cc mopeds), i also have a brand new 59mm bore kit installed + filter and race exaust.
The biggest problem ppl have is getting the f**ker in there, it just wont get in the right place.
Sd in Big Daddy Dawgs installation manual you can see that the acc pump is going under the mounting bracket.
But for me that wasnt all, i needed to cut away some plastic that cover the cam chain tensioner.
With the new manfoil intake you dont use any spacer, and you must put it on the carb with the rubber fittings before you install it (in my case). But that cuases another problem that is solved by removing the intake dubble sided screwes from the head, that way you can slipp the carb in and attatch screws later.
Even doing this my carb was placed 5mm to far back, so that one of the bowl screwes hit the frame and intake didnt want to align with the head.
This is the thing that can differs with diffrent brand of the carb. My carb had 3 mounting screws for the bowl, my old had 4 so it didnt stick out.
Anyway, if this is the case you have to modify the rubber fitting that is seated on the intake. Just remove it and cut it down about 5 mm, dont forget to remove the rubber that sticks out on the inside of the rubber tube. When you have removed 5 mm you can still have to hose clamps on it, but just barely.
Hope this helps, i know several other ppl who have scraped theire new 30mm carbs cuase of not getting it to fit.
IT CAN BE FITTED, it just needs some lovin to get in there .
I will take pictures when i have bought a new tube for my airfilter.

BTW.. It started up after 5 trys, idle is way to high, so i think i need to adjust my fuel/air mixture screw. Think main jet is 128, but no idea what low is.
