Weee-Haaa!
You have no idea I've been looking for roketa blanks! One of the ones that came with my Sicily 50 snapped off the second day I owned it because the seat-release was too tight. I sent it back to my dealer (BNScooters) when they said they could cut one...that was Sept-06....still waiting (it makes it no easier that they are in Kansas & I'm in California).
The plastic head came off the one remaining key a few months ago and I've been almost-freaking out....UNTIL TODAY: Go to a store that has the Axxess+ system (Home Depot, KMart, Walmart....almost anywhere), and have them use Blank #50 (UPC #736511 500509), which I think is a Toyota blank. It's really...really long (only half the length of the key is cut..make sure the cut starts at the end/tip). I didn't think it was gonna work because i've "been there done that" at least two dozen times. In the ignition, it's a little snug, but works perfectly...and even easily opens the gas tank!
Yayyyy!
PLEASE pass the word! I know people are looking!

And a great big "Thank You" to the people who run this site. There is such good information and communication going on here (but still keeping that "grain of salt" handy!).

I got one made today on an Ilco X121 blank, perfect fit. As soon as I got home I found the lost key, in the grass.

I wish I knew the blank for my roadrunner, and a place that would do the blanks it came with (alarm attached keys)

Most any good locksmith shop can set you up with a key. You cannot do this at a hardware store or Walmart or something.
I used a Taylor X105 key blank. it was really close, but I had to use a jewelers file on the inner edge to make it a hair thinner so it would fit. The key says Kawasaki on it.

The ILCO X121 does miracles and it will effortlessly unlock the gas cap. I also fixed my Roketa Keys with JB Quik (the quick version of JB Weld).

I wish I knew the blank for my roadrunner, and a place that would do the blanks it came with (alarm attached keys) I went to a harware store with an old type key cutting machine and both of them worked, I took the blank of the remote and brought one of the original keys. There are two small phillip screws at the base of the blank, take them off (carefull) and take them to the hardware store.

Although I'm curious as to what would fit should I ever have to... If your scooter uses 2 different key blanks the ILCO X121 will likely work for the ignition switch. The trunk key may be anything. Just ask a hardware store to let you try the blank, if it fits it can be cut to work.
